Dr. med Ali Hosseinkhah, M.D. (German Facharzt)

Dr. med. Ali Hosseinkhah (German Facharzt) is a Senior Consultant Neurologist with over 10 years experience in medicine and who was living and studying medicine in Germany. He was born in Mashhad, Iran, and moved to Germany in 1986. He did his intensive specialty training in Neurology at the known German Hospitals, Brandenburg-Klinik in Bernau (Brandenburg), Hamburgerisches Krankenhaus in Bad Bevensen (Niedersachsen), Weserbergland-Klinik in Höxter (Nordrhein-Westfalen) and St. Elisabeth Krankenhaus in Damme in Niedersachsen, Valentinushaus in Bad Soden.
This way he was able to achieve the full qualification as a specialist in Neurology. Consequently he was entitled by the Chamber of Physicians’ Berlin to carry the German specialist licenses as neurologist.
He continued his wide and varied training and experience at the known Helios Hospital in Schwerin, Germany, on the neurological intensive care unit and at the “Johanna-Etienne” General Hospital in Neuss, Germany, as deputy of the neurological department.
His special interest in the field of Neurology is in Movement Disorders (e.g. Parkinson), Cardiovascular Disorders (e.g. Stroke), multiple sclerosis, Epilepsy, peripheral nerves impairment and others.
Part of his daily routine is a close and continuous cooperation with neuro-radiological as well as neurosurgical and vascular surgery departments.
Dr. med. Ilse Horacek, M.D. (Austrian Facharzt)

Dr. Ilse Horacek, MD, completed her studies in Human Medicine at the University of Vienna, Austria, where she was granted her Doctor’s Degree in 1997.
After completing her internship in General Medicine, she worked as an assistant doctor in different Psychiatric, Gerontopsychiatric an Psychosomatic Hospitals in the region of Upper Austria, where she was granted her degree as a specialist in Psychiatry from the Austrian Medical Chamber.
Until March 2010, she worked as a Senior Consultant for Psychiatry in the Psychiatric Department of the Hospital in Steyr and the Psychosomatic Hospital in Enns (both Upper Austria), where she was head of the consiliar-liaison-service. Furthermore she taught in Nurse’s Training School and was active in Adult Education.
Dr. Horacek achieved additional qualifications in Psychosocial and Psychosomatic Medicine and in Psycho-Oncology. She has a special training in Psychotherapy based on Humanistic Psychotherapy (Existential Analysis and Logotherapy, GLE Vienna). Considering biological, psychological and social factors and relationships in treating psychiatric diseases is one of her highest principles.
